Where do you ship?
We currently offer shipping to the US and Canada. If you are outside of the United States/Canada and would like to purchase our socks, please visit Amazon in your country for our best selection of socks.
When will my order arrive?
Please note that we are experiencing longer shipping times than usual (7-10 business days). You will receive a notification once your order has been packaged up and shipped out of our warehouse; however, we appreciate your patience as we work as quickly as possible to fulfill your orders.
Orders typically ship between 1-2 business days from when the order was placed. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation, as well as tracking info.
Any order placed after 12 PM PST on Friday or over the weekend will ship out the following week. We are unable to process orders on weekends or holidays. At checkout, beneath each of the shipping options, you will find an estimated timeframe for delivery.
While we do everything we can to get your orders out as quickly as possible, we cannot be held responsible for any delays once the packages are in USPS' hands.
What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
Oh no! We're sorry your package has gone missing. Once your items are shipped, we unfortunately cannot be liable if they are lost, stolen or delayed due to weather conditions, etc. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact USPS for more information.
