• Flat Rate: We charge a simple flat rate of $6.95 for all orders.
• Free Shipping: Spend $65 or more and shipping is free! (Tip: That’s usually just 3 pairs of our socks.)

• Carrier: We ship via USPS Ground Advantage.
• Delivery Time: Most orders arrive in 2–5 business days after shipping.
• Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. 

Shipping Protection

For a flat fee of $1.98, you can add Shipping Protection at checkout. This optional coverage ensures a replacement or refund if your order is:

• Lost or Damaged in transit, or Stolen after the carrier provides proof of delivery.
• Please note: If protection is declined, we are not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

We want you to be 100% confident in your purchase. Unlike most shops, we accept returns and exchanges even if your socks have been washed and worn. We want to make sure you have the perfect fit and love the feel!

• 60-Day Window: You have 60 days from your order date to request a return or exchange.

Our socks will shrink a little in their first washing; however, they are knit on the larger size to accommodate this and do stretch out once worn again. We recommend you machine wash your socks on gentle. No bleach. Dry on cool.

For a more eco-friendly cleaning process, we recommend you hand-wash your socks and air-dry them.

*Air-drying your clothes can reduce the avg. household’s carbon footprint by up to 2,400 lbs. a year!
