I'm in the middle of two sizes; what size socks should I order? 
Our socks will shrink a bit, but they also stretch. If you like your socks to fit snug, then opt for the smaller size.

What is the fabric content of your socks? 
Mid-weight socks: 62% (recycled) Cotton, 22% (recycled) Polyester, 15% Nylon, 1% Spandex.

Order Processing
We are excited to get you your new socks! All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Simple, Flat-Rate Shipping
  • Flat Rate: We charge a simple flat rate of $6.95 for all orders.
  • Free Shipping: Spend $65 or more and shipping is free! (Tip: That’s usually just 3 pairs of our socks.)
Shipping Method & Delivery Estimates
  • Carrier: We ship via USPS Ground Advantage.
  • Delivery Time: Most orders arrive in 2–5 business days after shipping.
  • Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Protection
For a flat fee of $1.98, you can add Shipping Protection at checkout. This optional coverage ensures a replacement or refund if your order is:
  • Lost or Damaged in transit, or Stolen after the carrier provides proof of delivery.
  • Please note: If protection is declined, we are not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

Do you ship internationally? We only ship orders from this website to the USA. For international orders, please visit one of our international partners here.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
We will do our best to make sizing and address corrections before your order ships- please contact Customer Service for changes to your order as soon as possible. 

What about returns? 
We want you to feel confident buying from us and LOVE our products! We gladly accept unworn, unwashed items with the tags still attached within 60 days of their ship date. Need a different size? Not crazy about the colors? Want to exchange a gift? Start your exchange or return by clicking HERE.

How do I care for my socks? 
Our socks will shrink a little in their first washing; however, they are knit on the larger size to accommodate this and do stretch out once worn again. Keep your socks looking cute and cozy with these simple care instructions:

• Machine Wash (Gentle): Treat your socks with care by washing them on a gentle cycle in the washing machine with a mild detergent. 
• No Bleach: Avoid using bleach, which can harm your socks’ fibers and leave them looking dull and faded.
• Dry on Cool: After washing, let your socks air dry or use a dryer on a cool or low heat setting.
 • Eco-Friendly Option: If you’re feeling eco-conscious, hand wash your socks with a gentle detergent and air dry them for a fresh and natural feel.
