Once you place your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. We typically pack and ship orders within 2–3 business days. As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. USPS usually delivers within 3–5 business days from there.

Our socks will shrink a little in their first washing; however, they are knit on the larger size to accommodate this and do stretch out once worn again. We recommend you machine wash your socks on gentle. No bleach. Dry on cool.For a more eco-friendly cleaning process, we recommend you hand-wash your socks and air-dry them.

I have several pairs of Solmate socks; some purchased years ago are still going strong. Unfortunately I only got to wear my “Periwinkle” pair a couple of times before both socks started coming apart in the exact same place. Not sure if there was a manufacturing problem the day they were made, because I haven’t had that happen with any other pair. It’s beyond what I could potentially mend, and I’m disappointed that I didn’t get to enjoy them more.

I really like this company. I met the woman who started it at a gift show in NYC in the mid 90's and she really started out making all the socks herself! Colors and styles are very true to what you see on their website. I own more than a dozen pair and I love them all!
