If you happen to receive a duplicate pair you already own, we know you'll still love wearing them. You'll just have to be extra careful not to accidentally wear a matching pair of socks (gasp!).
Fast Fulfillment: All initial sock subscriptions ship out within 1–2 business days of your order.
Like Clockwork: Future packages will be shipped around the exact same time every month thereafter.
If you are selecting the XL size, please know our XL options are far more limited. You will still get two pairs every month, but it's likely you'll see repeats after 9+ months.

Once you place your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. We typically pack and ship orders within 2–3 business days. As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. USPS usually delivers within 3–5 business days from there.
We offer Shipping Protection at checkout for a flat fee of $1.98. This optional add-on provides insurance coverage for orders that are lost, damaged in transit, or stolen after the carrier’s proof of delivery, up to $250. We strongly recommend adding Shipping Protection to help ensure your order arrives safely.
If Shipping Protection is not purchased, we are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once tracking shows the package has been delivered.
Without Shipping Protection: If your tracking number shows your package was delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact USPS directly for assistance.

Our socks will shrink a little in their first washing; however, they are knit on the larger size to accommodate this and do stretch out once worn again. We recommend you machine wash your socks on gentle. No bleach. Dry on cool.For a more eco-friendly cleaning process, we recommend you hand-wash your socks and air-dry them.
*Air-drying your clothes can reduce the avg. household’s carbon footprint by up to 2,400 lbs. a year!
