The Sock of the Month Club gets you a surprise pair of socks every month. Every month will have one cotton crew pair to freshen up your sock drawer and feet.
All sock subscriptions are shipped out within 1-2 business days of the initial order, and then around the 15th of every month thereafter.

There are no color substitutions / exchanges for Sock of the Month shipments. Please embrace the surprise every month. We lean on new releases, but there will often be classic oldies but goodies included. If you receive a pair you already have, we know you'll still enjoy it. You'll just have to be extra careful and not accidentally wear a matching pair of socks (gasp!).
If you are selecting the XL size, please know our XL options are far more limited. You will still get two pairs every month, but it's likely you'll see repeats after 6-9 months.

Once you place your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. We typically pack and ship orders within 2–3 business days. As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. USPS usually delivers within 3–5 business days from there.
We offer Shipping Protection at checkout for a flat fee of $1.98. This optional add-on provides insurance coverage for orders that are lost, damaged in transit, or stolen after the carrier’s proof of delivery, up to $250. We strongly recommend adding Shipping Protection to help ensure your order arrives safely.
If Shipping Protection is not purchased, we are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once tracking shows the package has been delivered.
Without Shipping Protection: If your tracking number shows your package was delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact USPS directly for assistance.

Our socks will shrink a little in their first washing; however, they are knit on the larger size to accommodate this and do stretch out once worn again. We recommend you machine wash your socks on gentle. No bleach. Dry on cool.For a more eco-friendly cleaning process, we recommend you hand-wash your socks and air-dry them.
